Be Love By Sophie Navarro

I have learned that creativity is something that must be nurtured every single day. It depends on growth, change and shifting to keep the energy moving. I am always working on new designs to continue to stretch my skills and approaches to my compositions. As we get closer to Spring, I sense the shifts that are taking place more than ever. I am working on tapping into meditating regularly and practicing more yoga. I value how when you practice slowing your breath down, magic starts to happen internally and externally. You start to look at humanity, nature and life on a whole new way. Things slow way down. You don't feel that urgency to be busy all the time. You just slow down. Slowing down is a part of the creative process. It is an excellent way to tap into new designs. Suddenly, you find yourself connecting with new people and start seeing new connections. I am working on expressing myself more and more with each passing day. Be Love. Be Light. Be Your Own Authentic self. Let your art heal others. Sophie Navarro
